Conductive Silver Epoxy

Our Conductive Silver Epoxy is a silver-filled adhesive designed for use as a conductive structural attachment for surface mount devices such as flexible batteries on polyester, thermoplastic circuitry, and paper phenolic rigid laminates.

Uncured Properties

Processing Guidelines

  • Pot Life ~4-6 hours depending on conditions
  • Mixing 4%-6% by weight of Part B into Part A
  • Curing 2 min @ 140°C 4 min @ 130°C 10 min @ 110°C 20 min @ 80°C

Safety and Handling

  • This product contains organic solvents and materials. The following precautions should be
    exercised when handling this material:
    1. Use with adequate ventilation.
    2. Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
    3. Avoid prolonged respiratory exposure to vapors.
    4. If contact with skin occurs, wash the affected area immediately with soap and
    water.
    5. Do not consume – dangerous if swallowed.
